ABOUT COOKCASTER

Founded in July 2007, after seeing the massive successs of YouTube, CookCaster was established to bring the chefs' of the world, professional and home grown to share their knowledge and skills in the wonderful world of cooking. The website allows anyone from different countries, different cuisines, different tastes to showcase the recipes and food they've been brought up with or discovered themselves.

The website initially came about when one of the founders of CookCaster was looking for a video recipe site. There were some here and there but nothing in the magnitude of YouTube and its array of videos. We wanted to create a community where users could showcase their recipes in video format, search for recipes, watch the video, print out the recipe, and try it themselves. It was our ultimate goal to make it easy for anyone wanting to learn new things about cooking from people just like themselves. And this is how CookCaster was born.

Everyone can upload and/or watch videos at their own leisure, with the ability to print out recipes to try out for themselves. Share your own experiences and comment on recipes. This is the place for all the food lovers out there.
